In-Warranty Professional Product Repairs

Should you require an in-warranty repair for one of our broadcast, installation or DJ products, please contact D & M Professional at 630-741-0330. Super Service Repair Centers

Regional Super Service Centers have been appointed to provide factory-authorized in-warranty and out-of-warranty service of Denon products, and can assist in repairing customer-owned and dealer stock units. These Centers are highly experienced with Denon products, and have the capability to handle any repair situation, from simple to extensive.  However, if your unit is in-warranty we strongly recommend sending your unit only to our National Service Headquarters in Itasca, Illinois for 72-hour expedited service.  If your unit is out-of-warranty we recommend using any of the Regional Super Service Centers.
